Delete my account

Deleting your Drapli account removes your shop and everything in it. It can't be undone.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Drapli and sign in as the shop owner.
2. Go to More → Delete account.
3. Export your stock and sales first if you want to keep them.
4. Type your shop name to confirm, then tap Delete account.

Can't open the app?

Email support@drapli.app with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number you sign in with. We'll confirm by SMS to that number and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your shop, its name, tagline and logo
• Products, photos, stock and stock history
• Sales, receipts and the customer names and numbers on them
• Posters and exports
• Staff access, and your phone number and sign-in records

Deletion starts straight away and finishes within minutes. Copies in backups are removed within 30 days. We keep nothing else.

Staff

Only the owner can delete a shop. If you're staff and want your access removed, ask the owner to remove you in More → Staff, or email us.
